The University of Adelaide Philosophy Club has a rich, 70 year history. The Philosophy Club is an excellent place for those interested in philosophy to come together in a relaxed, friendly environment to socialise and discuss philosophy. The club is open to all, philosophers and non-philosophers, university students and staff, members of the general public, so the club always has an eclectic and interesting group of members. Weekly club meetings often take the form of someone giving a talk on a particular philosophical issue, followed by a question and answer time with the audience. Every year, the Philosophy Club either has a camp or an all day event in a local pub.
2016 Weekly meetings: Wednesday 7pm Napier 209/210 (Check weekly announcements as the room may change. All events are during the teaching calendar)
2016 Club Camp: September at Seeonee Hills
