It doesn't get much more Adelaide than a pie floater. Haven't tried one yet? It's up there with Farmers Union Ice coffee and frog cakes. We're doing traditional mini pie floaters 11am-1pm in the Hub Student Kitchen (or until stock lasts). A pie floater consists of a pastry meat pie floating on a sea of delicious pea soup goodness, doused in tomato sauce. It is weird and oh so wonderful.
