Companion Animal Special Interest Group

Campus:

About: The Companion Animals Special Interest Group is a club based at the University of Adelaide's Roseworthy Campus and is for veterinary and animal science students with a particular interest in companion animals and the surrounding industries. We run events including lunchtime seminars from industry representatives, evening events such as our annual Cocktails+Careers Night, and evening/weekend workshops such as Pet First Aid and various animal handling sessions throughout the year. Past events have included cat and ferret handling workshops, participation in the RSPCA Cupcake Day charity fundraiser, and Industry Week (partnering with other groups on campus), as well as several Lunch and Learn sessions from a variety of industry representatives and veterinarians. Please email us at: casig@clubs.auu.org.au for more information or to sign up if you are a student at Roseworthy.
