You might have seen us at the RCC, The Garden of Unearthly Delights and The Waymouth Street Party. 

We're looking for one reliable and highly organised candidate who can help us provide our clients and our team with the best experience possible. You will become a part of a loving and fun team that gets involved with some of Adelaide's biggest events! 

Main responsibilities include:

  • Responding to clients and leads via e-mail and phone
  • Creating rosters for our set-up team
  • Contacting venues to organise bump in time
  • Creating print templates
  • Other basic administrative tasks

We will stress that this is not an easy position, we are looking for an outstanding and overly capable individual to fill this special role. Everyone who has been selected as our administrative officer has gained an enormous amount of business and professional experience (we can organise a chat with them at your request).
