RESULTS is looking for team members to lead action on global justice issues during critical
moments. You will work with other volunteers to lead actions in communities, engage decision
makers, raise awareness of important issues, and execute creative tactics to win media attention.

● Someone passionate about ending poverty, and committed to action to build the political
will to end poverty.
● A “people person”, excellent at building relationships and who loves to inspire, develop and
motivate others.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organisation and time management
● You love creating something that encourages efficiency and ensures high-quality results
● You have a creative mindset, willing to experiment, fail fast and fail often.
● You love solving problems, big and small, and are relentless in getting to solutions.
