We are a specialised group within the Discipline of Medicine, University of Adelaide, who are world renowned for our research in improved treatments for people living with Type 2 diabetes through the gut and nutritional side of things. Bitter taste substances appear to have an effective glucose lowering effect on particular areas of the gut and we are investigating this concept further.

An honorarium of $18 ⁄hour will be paid for your time spent at study visits.
