The Union recognises its obligation to take all reasonable precautions to provide and maintain so far as reasonably practicable, a work environment that is safe and hazard free, and to eliminate or where not practicable minimise risks to the health, safety and welfare of workers (including but not limited to employees, contractors, and volunteers) and visitors.
